| ROYAL ACADEMY OF MARINE SPORTS AND SCIENCES - 'ROYAL CLUB'and FREE UNIVERSITY OF CLINICAL ECOLOGY AND MARINE SCIENCES Legally constitued - Patronal and independent nonprofit organization – Governmental Diplomatic Relations for Defence and Protection of Oceans HISTORICAL AND BIOGRAPHICAL BOOK OF: SEA CONSULS SEA AMBASSADORS DOCTORS OF NAVY INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTARY MEDICAL EMERGENCY CORPS SCIENTISTS IN CLINICAL ECOLOGY AND MARINE SCIENCES Member affiliated to: World Federation of Research Instititutes - The American Corporate The Royal Academy of Marine Sports and Sciences is born in Italy, at the initiative of doctors and personalities of the Government from all around the world, for: the upholding of the mondialization of the sanitary professions and the unifying of the Sanitary Right; it proposes international convenntions for compensated exchange of doctors, it activates itself for the realization of the Sanitary Areas of security (foreseen by the International Conventions stipulated at Geneva); proposes the establishment of the position “ Sanitary Employee” throughout all the Diplomatic Representatives. All of the above starting from the principle that the mission of the Doctor is out of and above the conventional barriers between one State and another. There are also in extension a few distinct Units – “Sea Ambassadors and Consuls” and the “International Sanitary Corps” that are disciplined in the execution of precise deliberations of the Directory Organ. The society has instituted under its own auspices a faculty of studies for the universitary and post-universitary level, were there are taught particularly all the subjects – medical hidrology –Marine Medicine – Talasotherapy – biometeorology – Astrological Medicine – hidrobiology – psychoclymatology – Marine Biology – Astronomic Physics – Astrological Medicine – Cosmosophy – Clinical Ecology and Marine Sciences – etc. Faculty named: “free It is in study the realization of therapeutic Units and of Centers of Social Integration, all around the world, to exploit the natural properties of the sea waters as well as waters of the lakes, rivers, mineral and thermal waters. The members of the academy are part of the following categories: 1) Founder members; 2) Ordinary members, 3) Honorary members. Founder members are all those who have promoted the birth of the Society, participating at its constitution, and they assume the denomination of dames and knights 2 Devotionis Causa” of the Collar. Ordinary members (Dames and knights) are all the famous personalities belonging to the world of navigation, of Art and science, who have universally represented the nation to whom they belong, dedicating themselves bythe criticism and by the public opinion. Honorary members (Dames and knights “Pro Meritis”) and also Sea Ambassadors and Consuls are all those who, thanks to their praiseworthy and spontaneous financial contribuition and aid, have made possiblee for the Academy to realize all that has been programmed in the asembly sessions. For admittance, in quality of Effetive member, to the International Sanitary Corps, the candidate should possess a license diploma in one of the sanitary disciplines (Practitioners, Psychologists, Pharmacists, Dentists, etc.). The Auxiliary members of the sanitary professions or the non-medical sympathysing persons could be included in the cathegory of adherent members. The members of the Cultural Department of the Royal Academy of Marine Sports and Sciences have the right to the qualifying and the treatment of an Academic, and, being an integrated part of the R.A.M.S.S., they accept the goals and they consecrate themselves to them. The persons enrolled in the free University of Clinical Ecology and Marine Sciences become, by right and automatically, members of the Free University of Clinical Ecology and Marine Sciences (F.U.C.E.M.S.) Alumni Association. The President of the free University, the Emerite Rectors, the Headmaster of the Classes, the Chancellor, the Dean of faculty, the President of the Alumni Association, the Librarian, constitute the Academic Senate of the F.U.C.E.M.S. With the privilege of the Rector Magnificus – “motu proprio” – Vice Rectors and Study Directors can also be a part of it, “durante munere”. The Rector Magnificus can bestow the First Class Cross of Merit (for distinguisched service), which, according to the meritis, will be coined in bronze, in silver or enameled in gold. THE CERTIFICATE LETTER (or the DIPLOMA) is solemn document upon which there will be recognized the specific merits of all the ones to whom it is destined. This is signed by the Rector Magnificus and marked with the Seal of the Academy, and, after having been thoroughly registered for the archive, is given (together with the card) to the Honorary and the Class members. As it is based upon a free “STUDIUM” the Royal Academy of Marine Sports and Sciences also develops the instruction program through specific COURSES andrelative PLANS OF STUDY, which, considering the international characteristic of the Academy, will be predisposed to the directive of the most qualified european Schools. The awarding of the Academic degrees, of nominations, of the qualifications, etc. Of the R.A.M.S.S., besides abiding to the dispositions of the local laws in force in the State where these distinctions will be used, must alwais indicate the origin(i.e. Consul of Sea of the Royal Academy of Marine Sports and Sciences, professor in Psychometeorology of the R.A.M.S.S.) or at least, the qualifyings or the degrees should be preceded by a reproduction of the Seal of the Academy, minimized, with the diameter 15/30.
